摘要
以陕西鼓风机集团为案例,采用共演模型展现制造业企业服务化过程中市场环境与服务设计的共演过程。从制造业服务化过程来看,陕鼓根据市场和竞争者的变化,公司高层经营理念发生变化,进而形成公司的服务目标和战略,并根据服务化理念及战略进行技术研发和组织结构调整,最终设计服务内容。从服务化过程与保障因素之间的作用机制及相互影响来看,在不断进行技术研发的过程中延伸服务范围和内容,即技术研发与服务设计密切相关并协同发展。
Based on the co - evolution model, this paper studies the co - evolution process of market environment and service design of ShanGu Blower Group. In the process of Servitization of manufacturing, this follows the basic sequence of the change of market environment, the change of ideas, strategy objective design, the adjustment of technology research and or- ganization structure, service design. Also, technology research and service design is closely related and collaborative in the view of between the process and guarantee factor.
