空气引射式燃烧室的无焰燃烧特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 进一步降低燃气轮机的污染物排放就必须采用新的燃烧技术。设计的空气引射式模型燃烧室内部具有新的燃烧组织方式。火焰筒头部用非旋流高速空气引射机匣内的预热空气进行助燃,机匣内的其余冷却空气经火焰筒壁面换热后由尾部稀释孔射出,实现出口的混合调温调质。用CFD数值方法研究了模型燃烧室的无焰燃烧特性。研究结果表明新型燃烧室的各项燃烧性能优良,NOx排放远低于常规燃烧室。对低污染燃烧室设计有工程应用价值。 New combustion technology is required to further reduce the pollutant emissions of the gas tur- bine. The designed air ejection combustion chamber model in the paper adopts a new combustion method. Non-swirling and high speed air injection ejects cooling air for combustion in the engine casing at the head of flame tube. The remaining cooling air in the engine casing of the end portion injects by dilution holes to enforce temperature and component controlling. The combustion characteristics in the combustion chamber model are CFD numerical simulated. The results show that the new combustion chamber has excellent com- bustion performance and its NOx emissions are much lower than that of conventional combustion chamber. It has the value of engineering applications to gas turbine of low pollution emissions.
