摘要
随着国产飞机的生产水平不断提高,飞机地面测试调整技术的数字化和自动化改造成为必然要求,试飞测试技术将朝着数字化、综合化和通用化的方向发展。飞机全自动化翼面偏转测量平台通过PLC控制系统的开发使实验装置与上位机结合实现了实验过程的自动控制和实时的任务监控,建立了较完整的数据采集通道,促进了飞机自动化测量翼面偏转角度的技术发展。
With the development of domestic aircraft, digitalization and automation of airplane ground test adjustment become a necessity. The automated aircraft wing deflection measurement platform, through the development of PLC control system, connects the experimental device with pc to realize process control and real -time monitoring. A complete set of data acquisition channels is established and automated measure- ment of aircraft wing deflection angle is enhanced.
