摘要
采用甘油铜分光光度法测定了碱催化酯交换法制备生物柴油过程中的甘油含量,确立了最佳测定条件:取3.5 mL 0.05 g/mL NaOH与1 mL 0.05 g/mL CuSO4摇匀,加入3 min离心处理后的样品,超声5 min,离心3 min,然后在波长630 nm处测定吸光度。运用高碘酸钠氧化法对分光光度法的准确度进行验证。结果表明,改进后的方法操作简单,相对误差为-0.490%。
Spectrophotometry was applied to determine the glycerin content, during the process of produ- cing biodiesel by alkali-catalyzed transesterification method. And the optimum conditions ,was determined. Conclusion was showed as follows : make 1 mL CuSO4 solution ( 0.05 g/mL) and 3.5 mL basic solution (0.05 g/mL) shaked evenly, and add the sample centrifuged 3 min, then ultrasound 5 rain and centrifuge 3 min, at last measured at the wavelength 630 nm. Sodium periodate oxidation method was used to validate the accuracy of the spectrophotometry. The results showed that tlae improved method has the advantage of simple operation, the relative error was - 0.490%.
