摘要 为解决安塞油田高52井区长10原油低粘、低凝、低密度、高含蜡量、高油气比、析蜡点高的油气集输难题,防止集输管线结蜡。通过长10原油流变性及溶气原油管线沿程温降规律研究,借鉴安塞油田长6等其它油藏地面工程建设经验,提出"丛式井场→增压点→联合站"为主的二级布站模式。以增压点油气混输密闭输油为主,配套自动投球清蜡、电磁防蜡等技术,解决了管线结蜡及高油气密闭集输难题,获得较好的安全环保效果、降低了地面工程建设投资。对长庆油田靖安、姬塬、西峰、华庆、白豹、合水等其它油区长10油藏的经济合理高效开发提供了技术支撑。 In order to solve difficulties in gathering and transportation of oil and gas with low viscosity,condensation and density,high wax content,gas/oil ratio and wax precipitation point in Chang 10 reservoir of Gao 52 Well Area in Ansai Oilfield and prevent wax precipitation,researched are the rheological property of crude oil from Chang 10 reservoir and the law of temperature drop along dissolved gas crude oil pipeline,used is the experience in Chang 6 reservoir surface engineering construction of the oilfield for reference and puts forward is a 2-stage station layout mode in which priority is given to 'Well Cluster→Pressurization Point→Joint Station'.Applied are the closed pressurization point oil/gas multiphase flow transportation technology,automatically pitching ball for wax removal and electromagnetic wax control techniques to solve the problem of pipeline wax precipitation and closed oil/gas transportation,good safety and environmental protection benefits have been achieved and surface engineering construction investment has been reduced,which provides technical supports for reasonable and effective development of Chang 10 reservoir in Huaqing,Jiyuan,Heshui and other oil areas in Changqing Oilfield.
