Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的人格特征分析

Analysis on the personality of patients with type-Ⅱdiabetes mellitus

目的探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的人格特征,分析患者心理和行为特征,为临床医师诊断和治疗提供依据。方法采用明尼苏达多相人格调查表(MMPI)对285例Ⅱ型糖尿病住院患者进行问卷调查,同时选取52人健康被试者作为对照研究。结果病例组MMPI临床检测,T分≥60或70比例最高的为疑病(Hs)、癔病(Hy)和偏执(Pa);男女在临床量表疑病(Hs)、精神病态(Pd)、男性-女性化(Mf)、偏执狂(Pa)、精神衰弱(Pt)、精神分裂(Sc)、轻躁狂(Ma)得分差异显著(P<0.05或0.01);病例组疑病(Hs)、抑郁(D)、癔病(Hy)、精神病态(Pd)、偏执(Pa)、精神分裂(Sc)和社会内向(Si)等分量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.01);抑郁组的MMPI各分量表T分除Mf显著高于非抑郁组(P<0.05),同理焦虑组也显著高于非焦虑组(P<0.05)。结论Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的人格特征在性别、病例对照,不同情绪障碍组之间存在差异,因此,在临床中应加强心理社会因素的重视,同时进行心理和药物治疗。

Objective To explore the personality of patients with type-Ⅱdiabetes mellitus, and to analyze their psychological and behavior traits, so as to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 285 patients with type-Ⅱ diabetes mellitus were sampled and investigated by using the MMPI, and the other 52 healthy people were sampled as control group. Results According to T ≥60 or 70, the ratio of abnormal personality is higher in Hs, Hy and Pa. There was statistically significant difference between male and female in scores of Hs, Pd, Mf, Pa, Pt, Sc and Ma. The score of the patients with type- Ⅱ diabetes mellitus in Hs, D, Hy, Pd, Pa, Sc, and Si were significantly higher than those in the control group. The scores of ten subscales of depression group were higher than those in non-depression group except Mf, and also the scores of ten subscales of anxiety group were significantly higher than those in non-anxiety group except Mr. Conclusion The personality of patients with type-Ⅱ diabetes mellitus shows difference in gender, case-control, emotional disorders, therefore more attention should be paid to the psychological and social factors and the combination of psychological and medical treatment.
