摘要
目的分析香槁树叶挥发油的化学成分。方法采用超临界CO2法对香槁树叶挥发油进行提取,并利用气相-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对其成分分析鉴定。结果共鉴定出48个化合物,占挥发油总量的90.21%,主要成分前五位有桉双烯酮(16.61%)、β-波旁烯(14.09%)、芹菜甲素(9.96%)、5,8-二甲基-4-羰基-3-(丙烷-2-亚基)-萘-1-基乙酸酯(5.57%)和α-古巴烯(3.42%)等。结论分析结果可为进一步保护、研究和开发利用香槁提供参考。
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from leaves of Machilus grijsii Hance.Methods The volatile oils were extracted by SFE-CO2,and the constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS.Results Forty-eight compounds were identified,which composed about 90.21% of the essential oils.The principal chemical constituents were eudesmadien,β-bourbonene,butylphthalide,5,8-dimethyl-4-oxo-3-(propan-2-ylidene)-naphthalen-1-yl acetate and α-copaene etc.Conclusions The analysis results can provide reference for further research and exploitation of Machilus grijsii Hance.
