丁咯地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的临床观察

Clinical observation of treating early diabetic nephropathy by buflomedil

目的观察糖尿病肾病患者使用丁咯地尔治疗的临床疗效。方法 60例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为2组,常规组(30例)采用常规的糖尿病治疗,强化组(30例)在此基础上加用丁咯地尔治疗,治疗2周,观察两组患者治疗前后血糖、尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿白蛋白(UALB)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血清肌酐(Scr)的变化。结果强化组患者治疗后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后血糖(PBG)、BUN、UALB、β2-MG、Scr均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01);与对照组比较,BUN、UALB、β2-MG、Scr改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丁咯地尔可明显降低早期糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白,改善肾功能,延缓肾脏病变进展的速度。

Objective To observe clinical curative effect of Buflomedil on early diabetic nephropathy（DN）.Methods 60 cases of early DN patients were randomly devided into two groups：routine group（n=30）treated with conventional diabetic medicine,treatment group（n=30）treated with Buflomedil and conventional diabetic medicine,After 2 weeks,the changes of FBG、PBG、BUN、UALB、β2-MG、and Scr of patients in two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results There were significant differences in FBG、PBG、BUN、UALB、β2-MG、and Scr of treatment group between prior treatment and post treatment（P0.01）;Comparing with that of routine group,BUN、UALB、β2-MG and Scr of treatment group were improved significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion Buflomedil can effectively reduce Urine protein of DN patients,improve renal function,delay evolve speed of renal lesions.
