The paper offers a practical guide for the calculation and control of land requisition and demolition cost by analysis of the land quantity, standard measurement and calculation method to establish dynamic database of land expropriation standard. It introduces the determination of requisition costs of highway construction project in Guang- dong Province, which is the basis of the current regulations of requisition compensation, aiming to provide ideas and practical guide for land demolition cost determination and control.
