摘要
随着航空客运市场竞争的日趋激烈,如何在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存并取得发展,是所有航空公司不得不考虑的问题。文中结合以服务闻名的新加坡航空公司、以及以低价闻名的春秋、西南航空公司航空的成功案例,对比低成本战略和差异化服务战略的具体优势,提出航空公司应该使用有侧重的合并战略来应对日益激烈的竞争市场。最后对针对航空公司的营运规模提出具体的建议与方法。
With the competition increasingly fierce, all Airlines have no alternative but force themselves to directly facing the cruel problem--how to survive. This paper takes Singapore Airlines which is known with fabulous service, Spring Airlines and Southwest Airlines which are famous with their low price as success examples to compare the advantages of adopting the low-cost strategy and differentiation strategy. Moreover, it claims that to prepare for the competitive market in future, airlines should employ combined strategy with emphasis on either of them. Finally, some precious suggestions are summed assorting to airlines operating scales.
