高职《医药物流与供应链管理》“四化”式课程设计

多元化的课程设计是高职未来课程改革的发展趋势,《医药物流与供应链管理》课程是高职医药电子商务专业的核心课程。该课程的设立主要是为学生能力与素质的培养发挥重要作用,为后续专业课程开设做好铺垫。文章分析了医药电子商务专业岗位能力需求、职业岗位群、职业标准,提出了《医药物流与供应链管理》的课程定位、课程设计的理念与思路、课程设计的素能目标,提出课程设计内容"模块化"、过程"任务化"、实施"情境化"、模式"多元化"的"四化"途径,并对课程设施的意义提出了一些建议。

Working process-oriented curriculum development is the trend of curriculum reform of higher vocational education.The course of medical logistics and supply chain management is an important course in medical electronic business program in higher vocational college, and the course is to support the follow-up course and help students obtain the relevant working process knowledge. The paper, with the analysis of need and requirment for graduates＇ post,puts forward setting up the four-in-one course design mode including modular content,working-process mode, the practical scene and diversified methods,also some suggestions.
