摘要
通过对广东交通职业技术学院的读者进行图书馆服务质量的问卷调查,从图书馆资源建设、借阅服务、信息服务、环境建设管理以及馆员素质5个层面来了解读者对图书馆服务的真实感受,其目的在于帮助图书馆改善服务质量,以便更好地为读者服务。
By performing surveys of library service quality among Guangdong Communication Polytechnic readers, the paper attempts to understand reader's feels about library service from the resource construction, loan services, information services and the quality of the librarian. The aim is helping to improve the library service quality in order to serve readers better.
