浅谈“2+1”订单人才培养模式下高职院校团学活动开展中的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Colleges Group Activities in the "2+1" order Training Mode

"2+1"订单人才培养模式是我国近年来职业技术教育中一种新的人才培养模式,它为高职教育发展指明了正确方向,是高职院校适应经济社会发展的必然选择和重要体现。然而这种模式的实施对品牌校园团学活动的沉淀和推广造成一定的困难。文中结合笔者所在高职院校的"2+1"订单人才培养模式,分析了在此模式下高职院校团学活动开展存在的问题,并提出相应对策。

＂2＋ 1＂ Order Training Mode is a new training model in China vocational education in recent years.It provides a direction for higher vocational education, and the inevitable choice and important embodiment to adapt to the social economic development. However, the mode causes difficulty in developing campus group activities. Based on the author＇s experience, this paper analyses the problems in higher vocational colleges＇s group learning activities, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
