摘要
芬兰的教师教育较为领先,我国的基础教育则相对落后。反思芬兰教师教育模式有助于我国师范教育质量和教师职业能力的提高。
Finnish normal education plays the world's leading role. In our country, basic education is obviously backward. Normal school students as the future teachers are the main fore which is going into the basic education. Rethinking the Finnish teacher's education model could contribute to the improvement of the quality of our normal education and teachers' professional ability.
