摘要
职业院校不重视语文等文化基础课程的师资队伍建设,从事语文等文化基础课程教学的教师地位被"边缘化",直接影响和制约了职业教育的健康发展。文章试图通过分析职业院校语文教师面临"边缘化"困境形成的原因,提出解决职业院校语文教师被"边缘化"问题的对策与建议:树立正确的语文教学观,适应职业院校学生全面发展的需要;加强学习和交流,提高语文教师专业综合素养;建立科学评价机制,激励职业院校语文教学;拓展职业院校语文教学空间,引导学生转变观念。
In the vocational colleges, little attention has been paid to the teaching staff construction of cultural foundation courses like Chinese, and teachers of these courses are marginalized in their teaching status. It directly influences and restricts the healthy development of vocational education. This paper analyzes why Chinese teachers in the vocational college are in the "marglnalized" dilemma and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve it. That is, teachers should build a correct Chinese teaching to adapt themselves to the needs of the students'all-reund development of the vocational schools; they should strengthen learning and exchanges to improve their Chinese systematic quality; they should establish a scientific evaluation mechanism to incentive Chinese teaching in vocational schools; they should expand Chinese teaching space in vocational colleges, and guide the students to change their ideas.
