摘要
实践应用型社团是以提高学生实际应用技能为宗旨,帮助和引导学生适应社会,实现教育的"预就业"和"预社会化"的社团。从建立方针和目标并实现这些目标的相互关联或相互作用的一组要素的管理体系的角度对学生社团进行探索,需要从工作监管体系、人才培养体系、文化培育体系、品牌保障体系和权益保障体系等五个方面展开论述。
The practical and applied students club aims to improve students＇practical skills, help and guide the students social adaptation as well as to realize the preemployment and the presocialization. From the establishing policy objectives to a group of interrelated and interactiong elements to achieve those subjectives, the management system of it is explored. The fire aspects, namely, work supervision system, training system and culture system, brand guarantee system and fights security system are discussed.
