对本院举办成人高等教育十年来的工作进行总结，为今后成高教育教学工作提出新思路、赋予新内涵，旨在适应贵州工业发展对人才的新需求，改革教育模式，创新教学手段，提高办学质量和效益，为全省化工、机电、煤炭等行业培养更多的高素质适用型人才。

It summarizes the work of adult higher education which holds in our college in a decade, and puts forward new ideas for it in the future in order to adapt the new demand of the industrial development for talents in Guizhou, reform the education model, innovate teaching methods, to improve educational quality and efficiency, and to train more high -quality talents for chemical industry, coal industry in Guizhou.
