基于语义的制造资源本体建模技术研究

摘要 在分析现有的制造资源建模局限性基础上,为了能克服Web制造资源描述的差异,构建了制造资源的本体语义模型。该模型引入元数据,利用本体对制造资源领域的知识进行描述,并以形式化的方式进行表达,将Web制造资源信息进行元数据的抽取,建立了元数据模型与制造资源本体结构的映射规则。这种模型能够克服资源描述的不规范性,保证资源语义的一致性和完整性,应用于网络化制造中的制造资源共享服务平台。 Basing on the analysis of limitations on the existing manufacturing resource modeling, and in order to overcome the differences of the Web manufacturing resource description, the paper builds an ontology semantic model of manufacturing resource. The model introduces the meta - data model, describes the knowledge in the field of manufacturing resources by ontology, and express in formal manner. Then, metadata is extracted by manufacturing resource information base on Web, and mapping rules are structured between the meta - data models and the ontology of manufacturing resources. This model can overcome non - standardization of the manufacturing resource description, and ensure consistency and integrality of resources semantic. The model can be applied to the manufacturing resource sharing service platform in the network manufacture.
