摘要
为适应大型储能飞轮轮缘径向抗拉极限强度要求高的要求,本文采用碳纤-玻纤混杂复合材料多层轮缘结构,通过调整碳纤-玻纤混杂混杂比及各层厚度进行应力应变设计,能降低材料的径向强度要求,该设计和分析思路可用于轮缘的分析与设计。
In order to meet the requirements that rim diameter of large - scale energy - storage flywheel is against the ultimate strength of tensile, the article uses muhilayer rim structure of hybrid composite of carbon fiber - glass fiber to do the stress - strain design by adjusting the carbon fiber - fiberglass mixed ratio and the thickness of the layers. It can reduce the requirement of material radial strength and its design and analysis of ideas can be used for the analysis and design of the tim.
