摘要
用以黄磷为原料生产多聚磷酸具有成本高、能耗大、污染大等缺点。为此,本文对以湿法磷酸净化酸为主要原料,浓缩聚合法制多聚磷酸的工艺进行研究。主要考察了加料方式、搅拌速率、反应温度对多聚磷酸的聚合度影响。实验结果表明,在较优的工艺条件下制得的产品达到食品级多聚磷酸的质量要求,且该方法具有成本低、污染少、能耗低的优点。
There are lots of disadvantages in using yellow phosphorus to make polyphosphoric acid; The condition; such as high cost, great energy consumption, sericous contamination and so on. Making polyphosphoric acid with purified phosphoric acid and phosphorus pentoxide has been studied this paper. The impact of the feeding method, stirring speed and temperature has been researched in this article, to the polymerization time of polyphosphoric acid. The results indicate that the products achieves to the food -grade polyphosphoric acid in optimum conditions. In addition, this method is lower cost, less polluting and lower energy consumption.
