摘要
压力容器管口局部应力计算主要采用WRC107及WRC297或者有限元应力分析的方法。文章详细阐述了采用ANSYS进行有限元应力分析时,对管口外载荷的传统处理方法、CERIG法及MPC法三种方法,并分析了上述方法的优缺点及其原因,提出了适合于压力容器管口局部应力计算的MPC外载荷处理方法。
The WRC 107&297 bulletin or finite element stress analysis are the main methods adopted for calculating the local stress at the nozzle connected to pressure vessel.This paper expatiates on the three methods including the traditional treatment method,CERIG method and MPC method for the external loads of the nozzle when finite element stress analysis is carried out by adopting ANSYS.It also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages and the reasons of the above-mentioned methods.The paper recommends the MPC method for external load treatment which is suitable for calculation of the local stress at the nozzle connected to pressure vessel.
