摘要
对某石化公司蒸馏装置常压炉对流室0.4 MPa过热蒸汽炉管的断裂进行了失效分析,确认失效原因为炉管内蒸汽流量的不稳定、带水和偏流引发振动,导致以机械疲劳为主的断裂,并提出了解决措施。
This paper carries out a failure analysis on the rupture of a 0.4 Ma superheated steam tube in the convection chamber of the atmospheric furnace of a petrochemical company.And it is confirmed that the rupture caused mainly by mechanical fatigue is due to the vibration triggered by the unstable steam flow in the steam tube,water entrained in the steam and the inclined flow of the steam.The paper puts forward some countermeasures and lessons that should be drawn from such failure.
