密集型银质针加温针灸治疗臀中肌损伤53例效果观察

Effective Observation of Dense Silver Needle Acupuncture Therapy Combined with Moxibustion in Treatment of 53Patients with Gluteus Medius Muscle Injury

目的观察密集型银质针加温针灸治疗臀中肌损伤的疗效。方法臀中肌损伤83例,随机分为治疗组53例和对照组30例,治疗组应用局部密集型银质针加温针灸,每周1次,2次为1个疗程;对照组应用常规针刺法加温针灸,每周5次,10次为1个疗程。1个疗程后观察两组临床疗效和VAS评分。结果治疗组总有效率96.2%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论局部密集型银质针加温针灸治疗臀中肌损伤疗效满意。

Objective To observe the effect of dense silver needle acupuncture therapy combined with moxibus- tion in treatment of gluteus medius muscle injury. Methods A total of 83 patients with gluteus medius muscle injury were randomly divided into therapy group （n = 53 ） and control group （n = 30）. Patients in the therapy group were trea- ted with dense silver needle acupuncture therapy combined with moxibustion once a week, while patients in the control group were only treated with acupuncture and moxibustion five times a week. Patients were treated twice for a course in the therapy group and 5 times for a course in the control group. Clinical curative effect and visual analogue scale （VAS） of the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate was 96.2% in the therapy group and 80.0% in the control group respectively. The difference in the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The post-treatment VAS scores were significantly lower than those of prior treatment in the two groups, and the post-treatment VAS scores in the therapy group were significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. O1 ,P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion The dense silver needle acupuncture therapy combined with moxibustion may be an effective and satisfactory method in treatment of gluteus medius muscle injury.
