摘要
目的了解某无菌包装用包材建设项目存在的职业危害,提出职业病危害的关键控制点和防护的特殊要求,保护劳动者健康。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测、检查表法等方法对建设项目进行评价。结果该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、氨、氢氧化钠、硫酸、噪声等,现场采样粉尘、化学毒物检测结果符合国家职业卫生标准,噪声监测合格率为85.0%。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制措施有效、可行。
Objective To explore the occupational hazards existed in the construction project, put forward critical control points and the protection requirements. Methods The methods of field occupational health investigation, detection of occu- pational hazards in the workplace and checklist were applied to evaluate the construction project. Results In the production process, the major occupational hazard were dust, noise, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, sodium hydroxide and sulfuric acid. In monitored workplace, dust and toxic substances concentration confirmed national oc- cupational health standards, qualified rate of monitoring points for noise was 85.0%. Conclusion Control measures on the occupational hazards in the construction project are effective and feasible.
