摘要
目的检测某火力发电厂职业病危害因素,提出职业病防治目标,探讨防治对策。方法选择某火力发电厂进行职业病危害因素调查并对职业病危害因素进行检测。结果检测25个粉尘作业点,68%的短时间接触浓度(CSTEL)符合国家卫生标准要求,13个岗位的平均加权浓度(CTWA)中62%达到国家卫生标准要求;检测52个噪声作业点,合格率77%;10种有毒物质的测试结果全部符合国家标准要求。结论该项目主要的职业病危害因素均可得到有效控制。从职业卫生角度分析,该建设项目是可行的。
Objective To identify and assess occupational risk factors for the construction project and study the preventive measures and the goal of prevention of occupational diseases. Methods The assessment was carried out to use combination of occupational hazard investigation and detection. Results The main occupational risk factors that existed in the construc- tion project were dust, poisonous chemicals and noise. 68% CSTEL values of dust at 25 dust work sites were in accord with national occupational hygienic standards, 62% CTWA values of 13 posts were in accord with national standards; 77% of the test results of noise intensity came to the exposure limits; 10 kinds of poisonous chemicals test results were lower than the national occupational hygienic standards. Conclusion The results indicate that the main occupational hazard factors could be effectively controlled in the power plant. From the view of occupational health, the construction project is feasible.
