儿童呼吸道感染肺炎支原体及免疫球蛋白检测结果分析

Analysis of the eastern coastal region of Jiangsu in children with respiratory tract infection with mycoplasma pneumoniae and mycoplasma pneumoniae effect on concentration of immunoglobulin

目的:探讨肺炎支原体(mycoplasma pneumonia,MP)患儿在年龄、性别、季节与感染率之间的关系。同时就MP阳性患儿免疫球蛋白作回顾性总结并与正常对照组进行比较。方法:选取我院收治的呼吸道感染患儿987例,进行MP-IgM检测。同时对其中MP-IgM阳性的43例患儿的IgM、IgA、IgG进行分析。结果:MP-IgM阳性率33.84%(334/987),年龄和性别与感染率有明显相关性(P<0.05),季节与感染率无明显相关性(P>0.05)。阳性患儿血清IgA、IgM与正常对照组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),IgG与正常对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:1～6岁学龄前儿童和女孩更易感染MP,该病四季均可感染、季节与感染率关系不明显。免疫球蛋白可以作为MP感染辅助诊疗的依据。

Objective： To study the mycoplasma pnenmoniae in children with infection rate relation in the age,gender,season.Children with mycoplasma pneumonia positive immunoglobulin summarized retrospectively and compared with control group at the same time.Methods： Tested MP-IgM of 987 children patients who infected respiratory tract in our hospital,analysing IgM,IgA,IgG of MP-IgM positive 43 cases at the same time.Results： The positive rate of MP-IgM 33.84%（334/987）,age and gender had significant correlation with infection rates（P0.05）,season and infection rate had not significant correlation（P0.05）.Positive serum levels of IgA and IgM,existed significant difference with normal controls（P0.05）,IgG and normal controls showed no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusions： 1-6 years old preschool children and girls are more easy to infection of mycoplasma pneumonia,the disease can be infected in anytime of year,and the infection rate had not obvious relative with season.Levels of immunoglobulin IgM,IgA and IgG can be used as the basis for diagnosis and treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia infection in auxiliary.
