悬吊运动技术治疗腰背痛的临床效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察悬吊运动技术(sling exercise therapy,SET)治疗腰背痛的临床效果。方法:选取92例腰背部疼痛患者,按随机数字法分成2组。对照组46例,行牵引、中频脉冲电、微波等常规康复治疗;观察组46例,在行常规治疗的同时行SET治疗。治疗前、治疗1周和2周后,分别对两组患者行改良的日本骨科学会腰背痛评分表(M-JOA)统计。结果:治疗1周后,症状都有所改善,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,2组患者症状明显改善,但观察组改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论:SET能够显著促进腰背痛患者功能恢复。
