摘要
目的:观察小果蔷薇根水提物与茎水提物的抗炎、止痛、止血作用及对小鼠肠蠕动功能的影响。方法:采用不同给药途径给予小鼠小果蔷薇根水提物与茎水提物,进行对比试验,观察其药理作用。结果:小果蔷薇根水提物与茎水提物能明显抑制正常小鼠肠蠕动功能,明显对抗新斯的明引起的小鼠小肠蠕动亢进;均能显著缩短小鼠凝血时间,减少醋酸致痛小鼠的扭体次数,提高光热尾痛小鼠的痛阈,抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀和角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀。结论:小果蔷薇根水提物与茎水提物具有明显的抗炎止痛、止血、促进肠蠕动药理作用,且小果蔷薇根略强于小果蔷薇茎的作用。
Objective: To observe the Anti-Inflammatory, analgesic, hemostasis action and effect of gastrointestinal motility by aqueous extract of root and stem of Rosa cymosa. Methods: The Pharmacological Activities of Rosa cymosa Aqueous Extract of root and stem were studied with comparison test of different route of administration. Results: The Aqueous Extract of root and stem could inhibition of gastric peristalsis significantly, against neostigmine-induced intestinal peristalsis hyperfunction in mice, short coagulation time obviously, reduce writhing number caused by acetic acid, increase pain threshold of Photothermal tail pain mice, inhibite of xylene induced mouse ear swelling and carrageenan induced rat paw swelling. Conclusion: The Rosa cymosa Aqueous Extract of root and stem exerts significant Anti-Inflammatory, analgesic, hemostasis action and effect of gastrointestinal motility, and the pharmacological activities of root is better than the stem slightly.
