摘要
综述文献资料,对我国别样茶之一的苦津茶进行总结和探讨。苦津茶为槭树科植物苦茶槭(Acerginnala Maxim.subsp.theiferum (Fang) Fang)和茶条槭(Acerginnala Maxim.)的嫩叶经加工而成,具有清肝明目、降压等作用。苦津茶在我国民间应用广泛,具有2000多年历史。现代研究表明其主要化学成分为多酚类,包括鞣质和黄酮类成分,药理活性主要为抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降糖和抗菌等作用。苦津茶研究尚不深入,具有广阔的开发前景。
In this article we summarized the recent progress of Ku-jin tea, one of the Non-Camellia teas. Ku- jin tea originates from the buds of Acer ginnala Maxim. subsp, theiferum (Fang) Fang and A. ginnala Maxim. It has been widely used in China with a history of more than two thousand years. Traditionally, Ku-jin tea was used to remove liver-fire, improve eyesight and antihypertensive. Modem research has shown that its main chemical composition are polyphenols, including tannins and flavonoids and possessing antioxidant, antitumor, hypoglycemic and antibacterial effects. Ku-jin tea has a great potential for development, therefore to continue in-depth study is necessary.
