砖混结构住宅裂缝分析及修复措施

摘要 砖混结构裂缝是工程通病,一般建筑物建成一、二年后出现。裂缝宽度在1 mm^2mm之间。我国房屋建筑相当一部分为砖混结构,尤其是安居工程,国家每年都投入大量资金,解决城市住房紧张问题,而设计和施工未采取有效措施,房屋裂缝时有发生。文章以某实际工程为例,根据裂缝的形态,采用定性和有限元方法对结构的温差和收缩进行分析,得到温度应力分布的规律,找出裂缝产生原因,提供裂缝的修补方法,为今后设计和施工中避免裂缝产生提供借鉴。 One of the common engineering problems is cracks in brick concrete place after one or two years since the constructions are completed. The width of for the buildings in our country, a significant portion is brick concrete structure, structure, which usually take crack is from 1 to 2 mm. As especially that of housing for lowincome families. Each year the government earmarks large amount of founds for solving the problem of housing shortage in the city. However, effective measures are not taken in designing and construction so that the constructions crack from time to time. According to the shapes of the cracks, this paper adopts qualitative and FEM (finite element method) methods to analyze the temperature varies and shrinkage of constructions trough an actual engineering case. In this paper, laws of temperature stress distribution have been proposed and reasons of cracking have been discovered. Moreover, this paper provides methods of crack repairing, which offers reference for designing and constructing in the future.
