摘要
以某大型住宅小区项目为例,介绍了CM三维高强复合地基作为建设部重点推广项目的作用机理和具备的技术特征以及优越性,阐述了CM三维高强复合地基中素混凝土刚性桩(C桩),水泥土深层搅拌桩(M桩)成孔和灌注施工控制重点与方法,阐述了与桩身质量关系密切的土方开挖的控制重点与方法,阐述了与桩身共同作用的褥垫层的施工控制重点与方法,对该方法和原设计沉管灌注桩进行了技术经济比较,证明采用"CM三维高强复合地基"技术,能大幅度节约材料、节省能源、节省工期,具有明显的社会效益和经济效益。
Taking project of a largescaled residential quarter as an example, this paper introduces CM 3D highstrength composite foundation as action mechanism of program primarily promoted by Construction Min istry as well as technical attribute and superiority of the program. This paper elaborates rigid pile (Pile C) of plain concrete inside CM 3D highstrength composite foundation, including control over key point and ap proach related to porecreating of deep mixed pile (Pile M) of cement soil and grouting construction. In addi tion, this paper also illustrates key control point and approach of earthwork excavation in close relation to pile body quality. At the same time, this paper explains key construction control point and approach of cushion layer which works together with pile body. Besides, technical and economic contrast and comparison has been "3D highstrength composite foundation" technology could significantly save material, energy, period and the technology is provided with remarkable social and economic benefit. that adoption of and construction
