摘要
该文采用气浮技术处理模拟LD10—1油区聚合物驱采油废水。测定了处理水样的含油量、浊度,考察了清水剂的种类、清水剂的投加量、曝气时间、进气流量以及进水的初始含油量对处理效果的影响。结果表明处理含聚合物为200mg//L、含油量≤173.5mg/L的模拟LD10-1地层水,投加100mg/L混凝剂PAC(合氯化铝),使用80~100μm曝气头,控制进气流量为6.0L/min,累积曝气时间为20min,气浮法的除油率≥72.4%,去浊率≥52.7%。
Air-flotation process to treat LD10-1 oilfield polymer-flooding wastewater was introduced. 0il content and turbidity of wastewater sample were detected. Influence factors of treatment effect such as type of dewater agents, inventory of these agents, aera- tion time, air intake flow and initial oil content of wastewater was also discussed. Results show when dosage of PAC is 100 mg/L, aperture of the aerator is 80-100 I-~m, aeration time is 20 min and air intake flow is 6.0 L/min, oil removal rate is no less than 72.4 % and turbidity removal rate is no less than 52.7 % in initial wastewater with 200 mg/L polymer content and no more than 173.5 mg/L oil content.
