肿瘤医学CD_(151)在消化系统肿瘤中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 CD151作为一个跨膜4超家族的细胞表面蛋白,具有调节肿瘤细胞的生长、侵袭、转移、黏附及促进肿瘤内血管的生成的重要作用,从而促进肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移。因此,其在多种消化系统肿瘤中高表达,并与消化系统肿瘤的发生、发展、治疗及预后有密切的联系。现就近年来关于CD151的结构、作用及其与消化系统肿瘤关系的研究予以综述。 CD151 as a cell surface protein of transmembrane 4 superfamily,has important roles of regulating tumor cell growth,invasion,metastasis,adhesion,and promoting tumor angiogenesis,thereby promoting tumor cell invasion and metastasis.In a variety of digestive system tumors it has high expression,and is closely related with the onset,development,treatment and prognosis.Here is to make a review on the recent studies on CD151 about its structure,roles and its relationship with the digestive tumors.
