摘要 随着材料科学的迅速发展和医学技术的不断更新,"无创美观"的治疗理念在社会中得到了越来越多的推广和应用。无创治疗也是未来嵌甲症治疗领域的主要发展方向,得益于以往积累的经验,近年来嵌甲症无创治疗技术日趋成熟,相关器材的研发也在不断完善和更替,并在社区、临床和门诊的应用中取得了较好的效果。现重点介绍无创治疗器材及其应用,为国内嵌甲治疗人员了解和学习国外先进的保守治疗措施、器材提供一些参考信息。 With the rapid development of material science and medical technology,"non-invasive,beautiful" treatment philosophy has been widely promoted and application was more and more common in China.Non-invasive therapy is the major developing direction of ingrown nail treatment,and great progress has been made with the help of conspicuous advancement of treating equipments and theories in the recent years benefiting from the experience accumulated in the past.Good resonance was given to these treating equipments and theories in clinical application,which has brought significant changes to ingrown nail treatment.Here is to make a review on these new advancements in ingrown nail therapy,especially the new non-invasive equipments and their clinical application,to provide some references of the advanced conservative measures and equipments abroad for domestic practitioners.
