鼻内镜联合柯-陆手术治疗鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的临床研究

Clinical Exploration on Nasal Endoscope Combined with Caldwell-Luc Operation Treating Inverted Papilloma in Nasal Cavity and Paranasal Sinus

目的探讨采用鼻内镜联合柯-陆手术法与传统鼻侧切开手术法治疗鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的临床体会和优势比较。方法随机分为传统组47例,内镜组55例进行回顾性研究分析。传统组行鼻侧切开手术法治疗鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤;内镜组行鼻内镜联合柯-陆氏手术法治疗鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤。结果内镜组与传统组在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症和复发率等方面进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),内镜组优于传统组。结论鼻内镜联合柯-陆手术法治疗鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤,具有操作准确、摘除彻底、创伤小、恢复快、并发症和复发率低等优点,疗效满意,是一种理想的治疗方法,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To explore clinical experience and compare the advantages of nasal endoscope joint Caldwell-Luc operation and the traditional lateral rhinotomy operation as treatment for nasal cavity and paranasal sinus inverted papilloma.Methods A retrospective analysis and discussion of patients′ data of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus inverted papilloma in the recent 3 years was done.55 cases as the endoscopic group were treated with nasal endoscope combined Caldwell-luc operation and 47 cases as the traditional group received the traditional lateral rhinotomy operation.Results The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,hospitalization time,complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups,,the endoscopic group was statistically significantly better than the traditional group（P0.05）.Conclusion Nasal endoscopy combined with Caldwell-luc operation treatment of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus inverted papilloma patients is featured with the advantages of accurate,complete,with little trauma,faster recovery,less complications and lower recurrence rate,and satisfactory curative effect,which makes it an ideal treatment worthy of clinical promoting and application.
