摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)和一氧化氮(NO)在川崎病患儿急性期血清中的表达及两者的相关性。方法选择2010年6月至2011年6月南京医科大学附属南京儿童医院门诊接受治疗的川崎病患儿30例,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法和硝酸酶还原法分别检测川崎病患儿急性期血清中MMP-9和NO水平,同期检测同年龄段健康儿童作为对照。结果川崎病急性期患儿血清MMP-9和NO水平明显高于同年龄段健康儿童,川崎病组和健康组MMP-9含量分别为(765.33±178.31)ng/L和(380.43±138.24)ng/L,NO含量分别为(39.13±6.24)μmol/L和(32.1±3.08)μmol/L,两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),川崎病急性期患儿血清MMP-9和NO水平呈显著正相关(r=0.664,P<0.01)。结论 MMP-9和NO在川崎病急性期明显升高,两者在川崎病发生、发展过程中具有协同作用,是川崎病早期重要的血清学标志。 Objective To study the expression and correlation of MMP-9 and NO in serum of children with Kawasaki disease(KD)in acute phase.Methods Peripheral blood samples were collected from 30 children with KD in acute phase and 30 normal controls during June 2010 and June 2011 in Children′s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University.The concentration of MMP-9 and NO in blood serum was tested by ELISA and nitric acid enzyme reduction method.Results The concentration of MMP-9 and NO were significantly higher in children with KD compared with the control group.Serum level of MMP-9 were(765.33±178.31) ng/L and(380.43±138.24) ng/L in KD group and control group,respectively.Significant differences of serum level of NO were showed between KD group(39.13±6.24) μmol/L and control group(32.1±3.08) μmol/L(P0.05).There were also significant positive correlation between MMP-9 and NO(r= 0.664,P0.01).Conclusion Semm levels of MMP-9 and NO increase obviously in the acute phase of KD,which may have synergistic effect in the pathogenesis of KD and can be used as important serological markers of early phase KD.
