六西格玛管理方法在提高冠脉CTA图像质量中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨应用六西格玛管理方法提高冠脉CTA图像质量,以提高患者对医疗护理服务质量的满意度。方法选取2011年7—12月就诊于北京大学深圳医院接受冠脉CT检查的患者1388例,按随机数字法分为观察组(456例)和对照组(476例),对照组接受常规冠脉CT检查,观察组采用六西格玛管理方法进行冠脉CT检查,比较两组患者图像质量得分、缺陷率、患者及诊断医生的满意度。结果观察组图像质量得分为(4.17±0.72)分,对照组图像质量得分为(3.04±1.07)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=8.674,P〈0.01);观察组缺陷率(0.74%)少于对照组的(4.86%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=373.14,P〈0.01),观察组患者满意度(95.60%)和诊断医生满意度(98.00%)均高于对照组的88.60%和92.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(x2分别为11.91,7.58;P〈0.01)。结论六西格玛管理方法在冠脉cT检查中的应用,能有效提高冠脉CTA图像质量,提高了工作质量与效率。 Objective To discuss the application of Six Sigma management in quality reinforcement of coronary artery CTA, in order to improve patients satisfaction regarding medical nursing. Methods 1 388 cases who had received coronary artery CTA from July to December 2011 in Peking University Shenzhen Hospital were randomly divided into the observation group of 456 cases and the control group of 476 cases. The patients in control group received conventional CT examination while the observation group received Six Sigma management CT examination. Two groups' score of image quality, defect rate and satisfaction were compared. Results The score of image quality was (4. 17±0.72) in the observation group and (3.04 ± 1.07) in the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( t = 8. 674, P 〈 0.01 ). The defect rate was 0.74% in observation group, lower than 4.86% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( X2 = 373.14,P 〈 0.01 ). Patients' satisfaction was 95.60% and doctors' satisfaction was 98.00% in the observation group, both were higher than those in the control group (88.60% and 92.00% , respectively), and the differences were statistically significant ( X2 = 11.91,7.58, respectively; P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Application of Six Sigma management can effectively enhance the quality of coronary artery CTA and increase the quality and efficiency of work.
