The paper probes into the necessity and possibility of using the CI strategy prevailing in the international business field for reference in the educational reform and developing strategy of institutions of higher learning, and gives a brief account of how to use it for the purpose in the following 3 fundamental aspects: mind identity system, behavior identity system and visual identity system.
