摘要
高等学校教师职称的评聘是关系到学校师资队伍建设的重要工作 ,也是高校内部管理体制改革的重要环节。做好高校教师职称的评聘工作 ,可以激发教师的积极性 ,稳定并优化教师队伍。本文针对目前高校教师职称评聘中存在的问题 。
Assessment of teachers' professional titles and their employment plays an important role in the construction of teaching faculty and serve as one of the key links in the administration reform of colleges and universities. Performing a thorough job on this aspect of institutional reform can undoutedly arouse teachers' enthusiasm, stabilize teaching faculty and refine their quality so that quality education can be effectively conducted. This paper addresses the relevant problems existing in this aspect and offers some countermeasures and solutions.
