摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定禽肉中的己烯雌酚残留。方法:样品经甲醇提取,ZORBAXSB-C18色谱柱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,外标法定量。结果:己烯雌酚在0.1μg/ml～1.2μg/ml范围内线性良好(r=0.9992),且峰形对称,平均加标回收率为98%～102%,精密度RSD为2.6%～5.0%,检出限为0.05μg/ml。结论:该方法操作较快速,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠。
Objective：To use high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method for determination of diethylstilbestrol residues in poultry.Methods：The samples were extracted with methanol,separated with ZORBAX SB-C18 column and detected with diode array detector,then quantified by external standard method.Results： The diethylstilbestrol showed good linearity and symmetrical peak shape in the range of 0.1 μg/ml^1.2 μg/ml（r=0.9992）.The average recoveries of the method were 98%~102% and the RSD were 2.6%~5.0%.The detection limit was 0.05 μg/ml.Conclusion： This method is more rapid,high sensitive,accurate and reliable.
