摘要
目的:建立了尿中铋的微波消解-氢化物发生原子荧光光谱分析方法。方法:利用铋(Ⅲ)与硼氢化钾反应生成BiH3,然后用氩气载入电热石英炉中原子化,根据产生的荧光强度对尿中铋进行定量。结果:该法的线性范围为0.2μg/L~50μg/L,检出限为0.2μg/L,,加标回收率为89%~101.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.9%~1.5%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏度高、重复性及准确度好,适于尿中铋的测定。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of bismuth in urine by atomic fluorescence spectrometry after microwave digestion.Methods: Bismuth(III) reacted with potassium borohydride to form BiH3 which was introduced into electrothermic atomizer to produce fluorescence and the bismuth content was quantified according to the fluorescence intensity.Results: The method was linear in the range of 0.2 μg/L^50 μg/L,the detection limit was 0.2 μg/L,the recovery was 89%~101.2%,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs) of 0.9%~1.5%.Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive,reproducible and accurate and it is suitable for determination of bismuth in urine.
