血浆致动脉硬化指数在老年高血压的应用评价 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察老年高血压患者血浆致动脉硬化指数与血脂多项参数的相关性及临床意义。方法:268例老年高血压患者为观察组,203例健康老人为对照组,测定总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,计算log[TG/HDL-C]为血浆致动脉硬化指数。结果:老年高血压组合并高甘油三酯血症86例,占32.09%;观察组和对照组的血浆致动脉硬化指数分别为:0.78±0.03,﹣0.24±0.02,(P<0.01)。老年高血压组血浆致动脉硬化指数与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇之间呈高度负相关(r为-0.775,P<0.01)。结论:AIP与血脂的颗粒大小相关,可以作为血浆脂蛋白之动脉硬化形成性的一种标志物,也是老年高血压患者临床观察中有实用价值的重要参数。 Objective:To evaluate clinical practice with total cholesterol,triglyeride,atherogenic index of plasma(AIP) in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods: Two hundred and sixty-eight cases of elderly hypertensive patients as objective group and two hundred and three cases of old healthy people as control group were investigated with total cholesterol,triglyeride,high density lipoprotein cholesterol to compute atherogenic index of plasma by log.Results: Eighty-six cases were complicated by hypertriglyceridemia among 268 cases of old hypertensive patients,accounting for 32.09%.The atherogenic index of plasma in the objective group and control group were 0.78±0.03,﹣0.24±0.02,(P0.01).There was a high negative correlation(r=-0.775,P0.01)between AIP and high density lipoprotein cholesterol of plasma in elderly hypertensive patients.Conclusion: AIP is correlated to lipoprotein particle size and thus could be used as a marker of plasma atherogenicity and an important parameter of clinical observation in elderly hypertensive patients.
