摘要
目的:了解呼和浩特市地产火锅底料定型包装产品卫生状况,为呼和浩特市食品安全监管提供科学依据。方法:在呼和浩特市流通领域随机抽取地产火锅底料定型包装样品112份,依据企业提供方法进行检测。结果:总合格率为89.3%,不合格项目主要为酸价。结论:国家应尽快出台火锅底料统一卫生标准,加强对火锅底料市场监管。
Objective:To understand the hygienic conditions of packaged chafing dish in Hohhot and provide scientific basis for food safety monitoring.Methods:112 packaged products were collected from the markets randomly and detected according to the methods provided by the enterprises.Results: The qualified rate was 89.3%,the unqualified item almost was acid value.Conclusion:The government should publish the health standard for chafing dish as soon as possible and strengthen the market supervision.
