志贺菌氟喹诺酮类药物耐药的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 细菌性痢疾是具有高度传染性的肠道传染病,在世界许多国家和地区散发或小规模暴发流行。我国的发病率一直处于较高水平,志贺菌感染病例数一直高居我国甲乙类法定传染病的前五位[1,2]。世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐菌痢的首选治疗药物为环丙沙星,次选为头孢曲松和匹美西林,
