摘要
对于采用定量液压系统的布料杆,在臂架工作过程中其液压系统往往会产生较大的冲击,从而导致对设备结构的冲击,也给现场操作带来不便。本文针对液压系统的回油压力以及液压缸的速度、内部压力变化进行分析;采用变频控制的方法调节定量系统的流量,使布料臂的工作速度更加稳定,降低了布料臂抖动、液压系统冲击力大等现象,改善了布料臂液压系统的性能。
For using quantitative hydraulic system of the placing booms,its hydraulic systems tend to have a greater impact during the jib working process,thus resulting in the impact on the structure and inconvenience to site operation.This paper contrasted the hydraulic cylinder speed and internal pressure change as well as return pressure of the system curve of each arm cylinder between before and after improvement.Adopted the method of frequency conversion control to adjust flux of the quantificational system.According to the improvement,the speed steady control of concrete placing booms was realized,reduced the arm’s shaking and large impact force of the hydraulic system and so on.And provided reference for the further improvement of the jib’s hydraulic system performance.
