SMC摩托艇涂装生产线建设与应用研究

摘要 三人乘用水上摩托艇是一种适合水上高速运动的高端休闲产品(水上运动速度达到100 km/h),其外壳采用模压玻璃钢成型(SMC)之后表面喷漆工艺,要求外观高光亮,适合于淡水、海水高速运行环境,对涂料和涂装都提出了较高的要求,本文通过对涂料及其涂装工艺的深入研究,成功地组建了涂装生产流水线,达到了年产10 000台生产能力,满足了产品批生产的需要,并为同类产品涂装生产线的建设提供了参考。 The three-passenger motor-boat is a kind of high speed leisure sports product which applied in water (its maximum speed can arrive to 100 kin/h), the shell using glass fiber reinforced plastics SMC molding method and then take spraying paint process, it is requiring highly bright appearance as well as endurance of high speed operating environment such as fresh water and sea water, which proposed highly requirement to the paint and spraying process. Painting line was successfully built by exploring the paint and coating process and the annual production capacity is more than 10 000 pieces, and it provides reference ideas for the construction of the same kind of painting line.
