气候变化对我国住宅产业发展环境的影响

Influences of the Climate Change on the Development Environment of the Housing Industry in China

从温室气体排放、土地资源、水资源和建筑材料的角度分析气候变化对我国住宅产业发展环境的影响。研究表明:受气候变化的影响,住宅产业发展环境面临的节能减排压力增大、可利用土地面积减少、水资源短缺和建筑材料难以满足要求等问题。提出应对策略:坚持节能减排基本方针,发展可再生能源建筑应用;因地制宜,推进住宅产业化;推广绿色住宅,倡导绿色施工;加大科研投入力度,促进科研成果产业化;完善法律法规,加强政府监管。

This paper analyzes the influences of the climate change on the development environment of the housing industry in China from the perspectives of greenhouse gas emission, land use, water resource and building materials. The research indicates that, under the influences of the climate change, the development environment of the housing industry in China encounters a series of problems including increasing pressures on energy - saving and emission - reduction, sharp reduction of available land, serious shortage in water resource, and unsatisfactory building materials. Thus, the countermeasures are proposed as follows： adhere to the principle of energy - saving and emission - reduction, and promote the applications of renewable energy in buildings; advance the residential industrialization according to local conditions; promote green residential buildings, and advocate the green construction; strengthen the investment in scientific research, and accelerate the industrialization of the research results; consummate the laws and regulations, and enhance the governmental supervision.
