神阙穴敷贴对痔上黏膜环切术中牵拉反应影响的临床观察

Herbal Application at Shenque(CV 8) Used for Dragging Reaction in Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids

目的:观察神阙穴敷贴疗法对吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)中牵拉反应的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例病人半随机分配到单纯敷贴组、艾灸组、药物敷贴组,每组20例,分别给予相应的治疗方法,比较3组术中疼痛、牵拉反应、心率、平均动脉压、血氧饱和度变化的情况。结果:在缓解术中疼痛和牵拉反应及心率、血压波动上,艾灸组、药物敷贴组均明显优于单纯敷贴组,有统计学意义,而艾灸组与药物敷贴组间比较则无统计学意义。另外3组在氧饱和度变化上无统计学意义。结论:神阙穴药物敷贴可有效缓解吻合器痔上黏膜环切术中牵拉反应,操作简单。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the point application at Shenque on relief of intraoperative dragging reaction in PPH.Methods 60 patients who met our inclusion criteria were semi-randomly divided into3 groups：pure point application group,moxibustion group,drug point application group,3 groups were given the corresponding treatment to compare with one another in the pain,dragging reaction and alteration of HR、MAP、SPO2.Results The moxibustion group、drug point application group were significantly better than pure pointapplication group in the aspect of pain,dragging reaction and alteration of HR、MAP;while there is no significant difference between traditional moxibustion group and drug patching group.The other three groups had no significant difference in the alteration of SPO2.Conclusion drug point application therapy was effective in relieving the traction reaction of PPH,and what＇s more it is easy to operate.
