烟秆CMP浆配抄包装用薄页纸的研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对烟秆全杆的纤维形态、化学组成进行分析,从预浸渍时间、温度、药品用量3个方面探索了烟秆CMP浆的制浆工艺,检测了制浆得率、白度以及所抄纸张的抗张强度,获得了实验条件下较佳的工艺条件。在该工艺条件下所得烟秆CMP浆与漂白阔叶木浆进行配抄实验,结果表明,烟秆CMP可用于配抄包装用薄页纸,添加量为20%时,所抄纸张的抗张强度和伸长率接近卷烟包装用内衬原纸的要求。 Based on fiber length, fiber width, length-width ratio and chemical constitution analysis of the tobacco stalk and determination of the pulp yield, pulp brightness and tensile strength of the paper sheet made from the pulp, the tobacco stalk CMP pulping process including pretreatment duration, temperature and chemical charge was optimized. In addition, the pulp obtained under the optimized conditions was used to prepare paper sheet with various proportions of bleached hardwood pulps. The results indicated that CMP made from tobacco stalk had a good performance in light-weight paper, which showed relatively high tensile strength, folding endurance and elongation. The paper sheet, containing 20% CMP, showed higher tensile strength and elongation which met the demand of base paper for inner backing paper used in cig- arette package.
