摘要
加强农业领域重点实验室建设与管理,是农业科研机构形成具有高水平的科研基地、培养高层次人才、加速农业科技成果转化的重要平台保证。文章总结了新疆农业科学院近年来在重点实验室建设与管理方面取得的经验,分析了存在的问题,并提出了促进新疆农业科学院重点实验室发展的对策,以期为农业科研机构开展实验室布局设置、创新管理提供参考。
Strengthening construction and management of key laboratory of agricultural area is the important platform to ensure the formation high level scientific research base and personnel training and accelerating the transformation of agrieuhural science and technology achievements. In this article, experience and existed problems of construction and management of key laboratory in Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences in recent years were discussed. Suggestions for laboratory layout settings and innovation management of Xinjiang agricultural institutions were put forward.
